Along the time of lock-down and preventive social distancing, to keep our customers safe, we have developed this program that bring us rapidly all of us back to balance 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • A schedule of activities combined with coaching-training sessions will be provided to the attendees
  • The content of activities will be tailor-made according to the results of an individual capacity assessment (Holistic work-life balance)
  • Some of the activities will be facilitated remotely at certain time and dates prescheduled (with a human coach-trainer
  • Other activities will be carried out as solo-home-work, for attendees to engage in them by themselves, For example activities outdoors.

THE 9-12 DAYS BOOSTER PROGRAM

  • From time to time we create special booster programs of 9-12 days length where we set collectively common goals and support each other in the achievement process.
  • The program includes a “body” role to help you be accountable to your own choices and direct ensures support to keep a sustainable engagement

HOW IS THE WORK-LIFE BALANCE BOOSTER PROGRAM EXPERIENCE?

  • The program will schedule for you, according to your time availability, from 1×9 min sessions to 9×9 min sessions distributed along the day
  • We will also schedule weekly activities outdoors (Forest bathing, and learn-play games) that you can carry out along the weekend or week days, at your convenience
  • Some of the activities you will carry by yourself alone
  • Other activities you attend to online scheduled remote events, facilitated by a Matrix-Q Coach
    • For example conscious breathing sessions
    • or adaptive capacity exercises
    • or happiness at work explorations
    • or learn-play conscious drumming sessions
  • There will be scheduled activities you can attend with others, at the Location of Rhenen, outdoors, with social distancing (The Netherlands), (Optional)
  • We will follow up together online remotely with simple 1 min surveys to keep track of your rhythms and progress
  • With our body-system you will have always one that can support you and encourage you. You may choose a body from the list of attendees or a Matrix-Q Coach body
  • Inspiration and social network, will spark your day with highlights and information to support you along your journey towards recovery of your work-life balance and happiness at work
